control sieve

The sieving machines are used for precise control of sieving. Granules, lumps and contaminants that are too large are automatically separated from the product flow and removed separately. Because the product input and the product output are situated directly above each other, the screening machines can be used in vertical product flows.

construction

The screening machines are made of normal or stainless steel and have a screen surface of 0.24 or 0.4 m². The machine is powered by one maintenance-free unbalance motor, whose unbalance is continuously adjustable.

The cleaning of the screen deck can be assisted with smaller mesh sizes by means of a ball beater.
